Job Title: Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
  • Collating, checking, printing, and stamping of Contracts / Agreements.
  • E-stamping of Contracts / Agreements
  • Receipt / checking Contract documentation from consultants.
  • Updating Contract racking log.
  • Preparation and issue of follow up e-mails to Vendors / Consultants / Client
  • we are seeking somebody with prior working experience with Developers
  • Seeking someone with extensive experience of overseeing document control processes.
  • To manage the document control processes for the Contracts Dept and to be capable of managing and directing more junior staff.

Education & experience:
  • 5-8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with Contractor / Consultant / Developer
  • Have prior experience of similar type of works for Contractors / Consultants / Developers.
  • Be computer proficient and have experience with Adobe software
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Be able to multi-task
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate initiative (important characteristic)
  • Be proactive (important characteristic)
