Nature and Scope of Position / Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize MEP project files, drawings, and documentation.
Assist MEP engineers with correspondence, reports, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and project-related documents in Arabic and English.
Track project progress, work orders, and maintenance requests as required.
Ensure confidentiality of all information and compliance with company guidelines.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the MEP team or project manager.
Experience and Education:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in MEP or construction projects.
Fluency in Arabic and English (writing and speaking).
Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, internet research, and professional report preparation.
Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid visa/QID.
