The Scope of Work:
To prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, and emails.
To perform a variety of administrative and office support activities such as arranging deliveries, handling stock inventory, processing of purchase orders, shipment approvals required for clearances, and any other related admin activities.
Handling supplier and product and registration required.
Prepares proposals, and quotations/offers to customers, and tracks sales data in coordination with the sales and marketing team.
Prepares invoices, delivery notes, statements of accounts, etc.
Arranges delivery and payment collections.
Coordination with on-ground marketing and showroom in terms of product transfers, stock inventory, sample requests, etc.
To attend showroom duties.
Can attend to clients' inquiries and clarifications about products and services offered.
Handles customer service inquiries and concerns.
Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
