We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations for an auto repair workshop. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining customer records, communicating with customers and suppliers, and handling general administrative tasks. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and data entry accuracy are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer records accurately
Communicate with customers via phone and WhatsApp regarding updates and inquiries
Handle supplier inquiries and follow up as needed
Organize and manage filing systems (digital and physical)
Compile and prepare estimates and basic documentation
Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance
Provide general administrative and office support
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
Good knowledge of written and spoken English
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, and basic office software
Good organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Professional and courteous manner
