The Admin Assistant will manage end-to-end office operations including front office management, administrative tasks, accounting, and store/inventory support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office & Administration:
Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle calls and emails.
Maintain office records and coordinate daily activities.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
Provide administrative support as required, including visa processing, Freezone documentation, and Gate/Port Pass management.
Accounts & Finance:
Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and support the Accounts & Finance team as needed.
Store & Inventory Management:
Maintain inventory and monitor stock levels.
Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
Conduct periodic stock audits and monitor delivery/collection timelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in front office management, admin support, accounting, and store operations.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Preferably a female candidate .
