Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This position involves handling various tasks, including answering phone calls, updating employee data and business-related documents, managing office supplies, processing correspondence, making travel arrangements, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate must have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel, and at least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities: Answer telephone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate individuals. Update and maintain employee data and all business-related documents. Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, anticipate supply needs, and place orders as necessary. Process correspondence, reports, and other routine construction and project management documents. Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, mailing, and filing Prepare submittals, operation manuals, and other necessary documents Assist the Regional Manager and Deputy Manager in their day-to-day tasks. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant / Secretary in Facilities Management. Nationality: Philippines Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in updating and maintaining documents. Good organizational and time management skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Fujairah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
