Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the team and management
Manage phone calls, emails, correspondence, and document filing
Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as required
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
Maintain accurate records and databases
Assist with office coordination, supplies, and internal requests
Support HR, finance, or operations tasks as assigned
Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards
Requirements:
Must be a holder of UAE Family Book
High school / diploma in related field is the minimum qualification
Prior administrative experience, preferably in an HR or office setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
