Key Responsibilities
Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
Manage filing, scanning, and document organization
Assist in preparing simple reports, forms, and correspondence
Coordinate with internal departments for routine tasks
Answer calls, emails, and handle general inquiries
Maintain office supplies and ensure workspace organization
Support management with day-to-day requirements
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Proven experience or good knowledge in procurement and logistics is a PLUS
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be currently in the UAE
