Key Responsibilities:
Maintain timekeeping records, including sick leaves, absences, and overtime.
Assist with daily administrative tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation.
Manage filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Support employee onboarding, including paperwork and orientation coordination.
Handle customer and employee inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
Provide general support for HR, procurement, finance, and training tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate admin records.
Requirements:
Prior experience in administration, preferably with HR exposure.
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
