Zapegg Tax Consultant is looking for a reliable and organized

Admin Assistant

to support daily office operations at our

Dubai

office. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, accurate documentation, and effective coordination across departments.


Key Job Responsibilities:




Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner. Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation. Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating appointments. Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks as required. Manage office supplies and ensure proper stock levels. Assist in data entry and document preparation when needed.

Requirements and Skills:




Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration or a related field. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
