to support our Human Resources department in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, employee documentation, and compliance processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for people operations, and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and maintaining HR documents (contracts, letters, forms, assessments)
Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Track leave, attendance, and insurance documentation
Liaise with internal departments to ensure HR compliance and timely submissions
Assist in drafting internal communications and HR-related notices
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in HR or administrative support
Strong command of MS Office and HR software tools.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
