To provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the real estate team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, efficient handling of documentation, and effective coordination with clients, agents, and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, developers, and internal teams.
Maintain property listings, update CRM systems, and manage documentation for sales, leasing, and property management.
Assist in preparing tenancy contracts, sales agreements, addendums, and other legal documents.
Coordinate property viewings, client meetings, and follow-up schedules.
Ensure proper filing, data entry, and record-keeping for all real estate transactions.
Support the HR/Accounts department in preparing invoices, commission sheets, and payment follow-ups.
Handle inquiries from walk-in clients and provide accurate property/project information.
Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials when required.
Liaise with developers for project updates, inventory, and marketing collaterals.
Provide general administrative support to the management and sales team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant (preferably in the Real Estate sector).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with real estate CRM systems (preferred).
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
