We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Admin Assistant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in responding to customer service inquiries and managing Point-of-Sale (POS) system updates. Familiarity with POS consoles and cashier is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer service inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
Assist with updating POS systems.
Ensure smooth administrative operations and documentation.
Handling Inventory inputs
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service and/or POS system management is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
