Job Description

Clean Queen Laundry Dubai is looking for Passionate administrative, Candidates must be available in UAE. and can join immediately!

Key responsibilities include handling calls and emails, coordinating meetings and travel, updating files and databases, and assisting other team members.

To succeed in this role, strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills are vital, along with proficiency in office software and a professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities:

Communication:

Answering phones, managing email, drafting correspondence, and acting as a liaison between departments and clients.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

Document Management:

Creating, formatting, and editing documents, presentations, and reports on daily basis.

Office Organization:

Maintaining filing systems, managing office supplies, and keeping databases up-to-date.

Administrative Support:

Assisting with bookkeeping, expense tracking, and other daily tasks to support the team.
Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.

Soft Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication, strong time management, multitasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Professional Qualities:

A professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Pay: AED1,800.00 per month
