Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Maintain and organize files, records, and office supplies.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and data entry.
Support management and other departments with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of administrative or office assistant experience in UAE.
Strong communication skills in English
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 3,000 - 4,000 (based on experience)
