The Role
Universal Rubber Belt Manufacturing LLC, a well-established leader in the industrial manufacturing sector, is currently seeking a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities: o Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management. o Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. o Maintain records of office supplies and assist in procurement when required. o Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. o Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other company documents. o Support HR departments with administrative tasks as needed. o Ensure all office operations are efficient and comply with company policies.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. o 1-3 years of administrative experience (experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage). o Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP system experience is a plus. o Excellent organizational and time management skills. o Strong verbal and written communication skills. o Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
