The Admin cum Accountant will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support our daily operations work to the team ensuring smooth office operations while maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the accounting department with data entry and bookkeeping tasks. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and invoices. Record and reconcile daily financial transactions using accounting software. Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including payment processing and follow-ups. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and correspondence. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries in a professional manner. Maintain and update office records, databases, and documentation. Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and internal events. Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed. Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and equipment maintenance. Support other departments with clerical tasks and general office management. Handle courier services, travel arrangements, and other logistics-related admin duties.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential information. Fluent in English High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
