We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Admin Assistant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting management with various duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Maintain records, files, and databases
Schedule meetings and appointments
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
Assist in HR and accounting tasks
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification preferred
Russian speaking is Plus
