We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant with a strong background in customer service and a preference for Philippine-female candidates. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of related experience, possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and be able to work professionally and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and providing quality customer service. Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical assistance to the team
Manage and maintain document filing systems
Receive and direct visitors and incoming calls
Prepare and coordinate meeting materials and documents
Book travel arrangements and manage expense tracking
Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, letters, and other documents
Provide support for special projects as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of one year of related experience
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
