. The successful candidate will support sales operations, prepare quotations, and coordinate all event-related requirements with clients. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate quotations for scaffolding works related to events, temporary structures, platforms, and support systems.
Handle client coordination for event requirements involving scaffolding setups.
Maintain databases for quotations, inquiries, projects, and client communications.
Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, following up on inquiries, and tracking project progress.
Coordinate with operations/technical teams to ensure that scaffolding requirements for events are fully documented and scheduled.
Manage administrative duties such as email correspondence, scheduling, filing, and internal document control.
Prepare reports, logs, and trackers for management review.
Serve as the communication bridge between clients, sales, and operational teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in events specifically involving scaffolding, temporary structures, or event construction is mandatory.
Previous experience in admin, sales coordination, or event coordination.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
