We are seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team at our aquarium shop located in Al Karama. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong computer and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and organizing files.
Assist with sales transactions and manage customer inquiries in-store or over the phone.
Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate stock updates.
Prepare invoices and handle basic accounting tasks.
Support the team with other operational and clerical duties as required.
Handling social media platform and posting and creating video etc
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred.
Proficiency in computer usage (MS Office and basic software).
Experience with Tally Accounting Software is a strong advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
