Denzel Auto Repairs is looking for a reliable and organized
Admin Assistant
to support our daily workshop operations. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, fluent in English, and have excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
Manage appointments, job cards, and workshop records
Prepare invoices, quotations, and basic reports
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Coordinate with mechanics and management to ensure smooth operations
Receive payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
Requirements & Qualifications:
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, email, basic accounting systems)
Fluent in spoken and written English
Strong customer service and communication skills
Well-organized, honest, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workshop environment
Previous experience in an auto garage or service center is an advantage
Salary:
