Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Client Communication:

Handle all client correspondence (in-person, phone calls, and emails) and direct inquiries to the appropriate Accounting or Tax personnel.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Manage and coordinate the calendars and appointments for the senior staff and client meetings.

Documentation Management:

Set up new client files, and ensure the accurate and confidential archiving of all contracts and documents (both digital and hard copy).

Administrative Support:

Oversee general office logistics, including managing office supplies, handling incoming/outgoing mail, and coordinating maintenance.

Basic Billing Assistance:

Assist the management team with generating basic monthly service invoices and following up on initial payment inquiries.

Maintaining Confidentiality:

Handling sensitive and confidential information related to accounting operations and clients with utmost discretion.

General Administrative Support:

Providing daily administrative support to the office manager, such as preparing purchase requests, and compiling periodic reports or presentations. Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation. Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks as required. Assist in data entry and document preparation when needed.

Requirements and Skills:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration or a related field. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
