We are looking for

Administrative Assistant

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily office tasks, client communication, and administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails professionally Maintain and organize office files and property records Greet clients and support the sales/rental team with appointments Prepare basic documents, contracts, and property listings Assist in coordinating schedules and follow-ups with clients and owners Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and presentable

Requirements:



Previous experience in administration (real estate experience is a plus) Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp communication Friendly, professional, and well-organized Must be based in Ajman or Dubai
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
