Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails professionally
Maintain and organize office files and property records
Greet clients and support the sales/rental team with appointments
Prepare basic documents, contracts, and property listings
Assist in coordinating schedules and follow-ups with clients and owners
Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and presentable
Requirements:
Previous experience in administration (real estate experience is a plus)
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp communication
Friendly, professional, and well-organized
Must be based in Ajman or Dubai

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
