Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
Collate and distribute mails
Handle other tasks assigned by superior leaders
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department
Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Allocate responsibilities and office space
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
Manage schedules and deadlines
Identify process bottlenecks
Offer solutions for improvement
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Adhere to policies and regulations
Experience required:
1-3 years in UAE
Prefer experience in Car Rental industry
Proficient in Excel, software tools & ERP
Experience in making invoices & work closely with Finance department
High typing speed with accurancy in document preparation
Cooperative and able to worl effectively within a team
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
