We are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant based in our Abu Dhabi office.
Day to Day responsibilities and duties will include:
Provides an all-encompassing administration service to colleagues, employees, and managers in the following areas:
Must have knowledge in Real Estate industry
Assist in making tenancy contracts and maintaining clients data base
Working closely with all departments to ensure Admin support is provided at all times.
Any other reasonable task as requested by line management
Ensure all training you are required to undertake is completed in a timely manner
Assisting with monthly reports information
Maintain trackers and records
Assist with arranging unit availabilities
Qualifications
Excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft techniques.
Ability to interact with varying levels of staff and management from various backgrounds
Flexibility and ability to work independently to deadlines where required
Requirements:
Good speaking skills in both Arabic and English. (Multilingual preferred)
Excellent computer skills in typing, Microsoft, and Excel
Problem solving skills.
Ability to work within a team
Preferred Candidate
Years of Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Admin / Higher diploma
