Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and organized
Administrative Assistant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative tasks to support office operations.
Manage phone calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally.
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
Prepare documents, reports, letters, and presentations as required.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for management.
Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and basic accounting tasks.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
Support HR department with documentation, filing, and onboarding tasks.
Ensure office cleanliness, organization, and smooth workflow.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Assist in arranging travel bookings, accommodations, and staff logistics.
Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Admin or in a similar role is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
