Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:



Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and timely manner. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.

Administrative Support:

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and mail. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Coordinate with facility management to ensure a well-maintained office environment.

Customer Service:



Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and employees. Provide basic information and assistance as required. Assist with resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

-Data Management:



Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and physically. Update and maintain employee and client contact lists. Support to Management: Assist the management team with various tasks and projects as needed. Handle confidential information with discretion.

-IT Support:



Provide first-level support for common IT issues (e.g., printer issues, software troubleshooting, internet connectivity). Liaise with external IT vendors for maintenance and repair work. Maintain asset inventory of IT equipment (PCs, printers, routers, etc.). Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees from IT systems (email creation, access control, etc.).

Qualifications:



- A degree in business administration or related field.

- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Fluent in English



Working Conditions:



- Location: Office-based in

Abu Dhabi.



- Working Hours: Standard working hours; may require flexibility.

- Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
