Key Responsibilities:
Oversee office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain and organize company records and documents
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Manage office supplies and inventory
Support HR functions including attendance records and leave management
Handle incoming and outgoing communications (calls, emails, mail)
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as an administrative officer, office admin, or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and within a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
