Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and data entry
Assist in handling phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel-related arrangements
Maintain office supplies and ensure proper functioning of office equipment
Support finance and operations teams with documentation and basic reports
Organize and update company records, databases, and filing systems
Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and travel documents when required
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs
Ensure a clean and professional office environment at all times
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or service industries
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
