Manage front-office duties including reception, filing, photocopying
Maintain office records, databases, and documentation in an organized and secure manner.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and coordinate
Coordinate procurement processes: request quotations, prepare purchase requests/orders, and follow up
Support inventory management: track stock levels, maintain asset and equipment registers, and conduct
Organize travel logistics for staff, including booking flights, accommodation, and transport.
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, deliveries.
Ensure proper storage, labeling
Maintain an efficient working environment by ensuring office supplies
Liaise with service providers.
Monitor and ensure functionality of office equipment (printers, telephones etc)
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Prepare and submit administrative/logistics reports, asset lists, and stock updates.
Support audits by providing accurate documents
