The Receptionist cum HR Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. The role also involves supporting HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. This dual role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Office Management
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and partners professionally.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a polite and timely manner.
Maintain visitor logs and manage access passes.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (couriers, emails, letters).
Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-equipped.
Provide administrative support to other departments when needed.
Human Resources Support
Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leave management, personal files, contracts).
Support onboarding of new employees (orientation, documentation, ID cards).
Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave details.
Support HR policies and procedures implementation.
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and company HR policies.
Handle confidential employee information with discretion.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or HR Assistant.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor law preferred.
Professional appearance and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High level of confidentiality and integrity.
Fluency in English is must
