Admin Accounts Officer

Job Description

We're seeking someone who's not just great with numbers, but also hands-on in OPERATIONS - finance, sales, logistics, admin and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle supplier and buyer invoicing with accuracy and timeliness
  • Support finance operations including bookkeeping, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Coordinate with logistics and trading teams for smooth transaction flow
  • Assist in daily operations and documentation related to shipments and payments
Administrative tasks
Qualifications:
?Bachelor's degree in accounting, management, business, mathematics or science related degrees.
? At least 3 years of experience in operations (finance, sales, logistics, admin and client coordination)
? Excellent numerical and analytical skills
? Experience in invoicing or trading operations is a strong advantage
? Computer literate
? Detail-oriented and proactive
