Adjunct Faculty in Accounting

The College of Business Administration at Ajman University invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty position in Accounting, beginning in the Spring Semester of the 2025-26 academic year.

Qualifications & Experience

Doctorate in accounting; exceptional candidates with a Master's, professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICEAW etc.), and directly relevant professional experience will also be considered. Minimum 5 years of academic or industry experience in the field of accounting. Fluency in English; excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality instruction in undergraduate Accounting courses, ensuring alignment with course objectives and active student engagement. Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support learning. Develop, organize, and update instructional resources, syllabi, and teaching materials. Design innovative and practice-oriented course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies. Foster an inclusive, respectful, and culturally sensitive classroom environment. Promote effective collaboration with colleagues and build productive relationships within the university and broader community. Inspire and motivate students to develop accounting competencies and professional growth. Incorporate innovative teaching methods, case studies, and real-world applications to enhance course delivery
