Job Description
Airtics is hiring! We are seeking a dedicated and engaging Adjunct Faculty Member in Physics to teach our undergraduate General Physics course. The course provides foundational knowledge in classical physics covering mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, and optics.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver clear, effective instruction through lectures and learning activities Guide students in understanding the fundamental laws of classical physics Support students in solving analytical problems in mechanics, thermodynamics, and electromagnetism Foster curiosity, critical thinking, and practical application of physics concepts Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
Course Topics Include:
Mechanics, Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Laws of Forces, Rigid Body Dynamics, Electric and Magnetic Fields, Electromagnetic Waves, and Geometric Optics.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Physics or a closely related field (Ph.D. preferred) Prior college-level teaching experience is an advantage Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success
