Adjunct Faculty Business
Job Description
Capital University College is currently seeking faculty members for Business programs.
Education: Master's/ Doctorate (Preferred) in business/management/related studies.
Experience in college-level teaching experience is highly desirable. Capable of mentoring students, advising them on academic and professional development. The profile would include lecturing in person on campus, online (Zoom) and recording lectures for the topics to be shared with our students, if needed.
Skills - Should have excellent communication skills, good interaction with students and be comfortable with technology for presentation.
UAE Teaching Experience 1-2 years preferred in any Educational Institutions. Freshers with keen interest in teaching can also apply.
Qualities: Faculty must have a very nurturing nature and value quality work. A high standard of professional integrity, flexibility, strong team-building skills, and ability to work in complex settings. The applicant should be well educated, groomed and have a pleasant personality and dressing sense.
