The business development cluster plays a crucial role by delivering the sales plan, monitoring, adjusting the plan and presenting information about the progress.
Meeting Sales Targets/VAS
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
Ensure the team meets the targets on s DCC, E-com and setup charges.
Build/Achiever/Update Sales Pipeline of prospective accounts/Merchants in target markets.
Setting goals for the team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
Training of business development team under his supervision.
Take responsibility for the quality of the team's submission of necessary paperwork in line with standard operating procedures.
Produce MIS reports.
Mitigate and manage Risk and Opportunities for the overall profitability of the accounts that he/she acquires.
Minimum 5-10 years' experience in Payment Card Industry (Acquiring)
Skills
Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks
Good knowledge of service standards
Knowledge of VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, CUP Products
Good knowledge of VISA / MasterCard Regulations on Operations & Risk
