We're looking for a

skilled and strategic Ad Performance Manager

to join our remote team at Arena Capital. In this role, you'll independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads. You'll focus on scaling results, maximizing ROI, and driving client growth across the

GCC region

Responsibilities:

Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads) targeting GCC markets Conduct audience research and targeting strategies Collaborate on creatives and write ad copy when needed Monitor and analyze campaign performance to meet KPIs and maximize ROI Conduct A/B tests across creatives, placements, and audiences Prepare weekly performance reports with clear recommendations Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and GCC market trends Work closely with internal teams to align campaign goals with client objectives

Requirements:

Must be based in Egypt Fluent English speaker with excellent written and spoken English 1-3 years of hands-on experience in paid media management (agency or in-house) Strong understanding of key performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS Proficiency in

Meta Ads Manager

and at least one other platform (TikTok, Snapchat, or Google Ads) Proven experience running campaigns in the

GCC region

Analytical mindset with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills Excellent communication and time management skills Availability to work

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Egypt Time)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing eCommerce or lead generation campaigns in GCC markets Familiarity with landing page tools, tracking setup, and CRO principles Certifications in Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads platforms are a plus
