Activation Management Custodian

Job Description
Guildhall is supporting a prominent real estate developer in identifying a qualified Activation Management Custodian. This role sits within the marketing and brand function and focuses on executing all in-house, outdoor, and international brand activations such as roadshows, broker gatherings, and launch events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all activations (venue booking, logistics, event materials, catering, etc.)
- Supervise onsite execution and manage staff, vendors, and partners
- Handle logistics for international activations, including travel and customs requirements
- Collect attendee feedback, prepare event reports, and track lead conversions
- Maintain full brand alignment across all activations and work with the Innovation Lab to explore new experiential ideas
- 4-8 years of experience in events, brand activations, or marketing operations
- Background in real estate, property development, or hospitality is highly preferred
- Excellent project management, coordination, and stakeholder handling skills
- Strong creative mindset, high attention to detail, and confident communicator
- Tech-savvy and comfortable managing data capture and reporting from events
