Plan, organize and assign work to team of acrylic fabricators after receiving briefs from Production Coordinator/Manager. Assigns targets to fabricators and ensure that they consistently achieve the same by strict supervision High precision skill level in Acrylic fabrication work. Assist with Day to day production activities at the workshop. Assist with planning of production on obtaining working drawing from design. Assist with production schedule of acrylic work with the production and operations department. Interprets drawings and shares the knowledge with the team. Motivates and trains the fabricators teams to achieve their set targets and increase productivity. Assist the production team with installation of podiums, stands etc.as required. Operate different tools, and troubleshoot equipment problems. Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform repairs as needed. Suggest ways to improve the quality and quantity of work. Closely follow instruction given by Production coordinator/Production Manager/Operations Manager. Assist the other teams like carpentry, metal, VM, installation etc. as and when required and learn the task to develop into an all-rounder. Works in shifts and group companies as assigned by the management. Acquire understanding of the print and production processes and develop into multi-tasker. Ensure that his team keeps the work area clean follow all safety instruction and practices as set by the company and governmental authorities. Ensure that the team maintains good conduct and behavior and adheres to the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures. Be a \xe2\x80\x98\xe2\x80\x99Role Model\xe2\x80\x99\xe2\x80\x99 to the team by always following safety practices and adhering to rules and regulations of the company. Salary: AED1,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
