Job Description

The Acrylic Fabricator is responsible for crafting, assembling, and finishing acrylic-based products such as display stands, signboards, exhibition materials, and custom branding items. The role requires precision, creativity, and technical skills to produce high-quality advertising and display materials as per design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret design drawings, technical plans, and measurements. Cut, shape, bend, polish, and assemble acrylic sheets using appropriate tools and machinery (laser cutters, routers, heat benders, etc.). Fabricate acrylic display stands, signage components, and other promotional materials. Handle acrylic bonding and jointing using adhesives or solvent welding techniques. Ensure accuracy and high-quality finishing, including polishing, buffing, and edge finishing. Collaborate with designers and production team members to meet client requirements and deadlines. Maintain fabrication tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area. Assist in on-site installation when required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Acrylic Fabricator in the advertising, signage, or display industry. Good knowledge of acrylic materials, tools, and fabrication techniques. Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications. Experience operating cutting, bending, and polishing machines. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and craftsmanship. Basic knowledge of other materials (e.g., aluminum, PVC, wood) is an added advantage. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in signage or fabrication industry. Technical diploma or certification in fabrication or related field. Knowledge of laser cutting machines or CNC routers is a plus.
