Acrylic Fabricator / Letter Maker

to join our dynamic production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble acrylic letters and display parts with precision and attention to detail. Apply adhesives cleanly and accurately to achieve professional-grade finishes. Load and prepare raw materials and components for efficient machine processing. Measure and mark cutting lines precisely based on design specifications. Operate fabrication equipment and carry out manual assembly tasks as required. Inspect parts to ensure correct alignment, fit, and dimensional accuracy. Perform test runs to verify machine setup and functionality. Monitor equipment operation and make real-time adjustments as needed. Conduct regular quality checks on finished products. Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure operational efficiency. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.

Requirements:

Diploma in a Technical Field or completion of relevant vocational training. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Acrylic Fabrication, Signage, or Display Manufacturing. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and measurements. Proficient in the use of hand tools and fabrication machinery. Immediate availability is preferred.
