Acrylic Fabricator / Letter Maker

to become a key member of our dynamic production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Precisely fabricate and assemble acrylic letters and display components, ensuring clean glue application and high-quality finishes. Prepare and load raw materials and components accurately for machine processing. Measure and mark cutting lines accurately based on design specifications. Operate fabrication machines and carry out manual assembly tasks efficiently. Inspect parts to ensure proper alignment and dimensional accuracy. Conduct test runs to confirm correct machine setup and functionality. Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to maintain optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure reliability. Follow supervisor instructions and work collaboratively to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

Diploma in a Technical Field or relevant vocational training. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Acrylic Fabrication, Signage, or Display Manufacturing. Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering top-quality results. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately. Proficiency with hand tools and machinery used in acrylic fabrication. Immediate availability preferred.
