Acrylic Fabricator / Letter Maker

to join our dynamic production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Construct and fit acrylic components accurately for signage and displays. Use adhesives skillfully to ensure neat, durable bonding of materials. Organize and supply materials promptly to maintain smooth machine workflow. Precisely measure and mark materials in accordance with project blueprints. Operate fabrication machinery and assist with manual assembly tasks. Inspect components for alignment, fit, and dimensional accuracy. Conduct test runs to confirm proper machine setup and performance. Monitor equipment operation and make real-time adjustments as needed. Conduct regular quality checks on finished products. Conduct regular upkeep on equipment to maintain peak performance and prevent breakdowns. Adhere to guidance and work cooperatively to achieve production goals and maintain quality output.

Requirements:

Diploma in a Technical Field or completion of relevant vocational training. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Acrylic Fabrication, Signage, or Display Manufacturing. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and measurements. Proficient in the use of hand tools and fabrication machinery. Immediate availability is preferred.
