Job Description
We are urgently looking for Acrylic Fabricator to be part of our growing team in Advertising / Branding / Exhibition Design Company. The Candidate should be result oriented and has a keen eye for details. Job Qualifications: At least 3 years experience as Acrylic Fabricator Experience in similar or equivalent industry in Signage, Printing, Interior Fit-out, Joinery, Exhibition is preferred Excellent eyesight and color vision Skills in cutting, bending and shaping acrylic sheets Knowledge of materials , tools and equipment Ability to interpret drawings and follow instructions A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach Good communication abilities High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus Responsibilities
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
- Verifying dimensions and product specifications.
- Ensuring that all the required parts for assembly are present.
- Marking cutting lines on material.
- Ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned, and glued.
- Ensuring that quality control standards are met.
- Maintaining a production schedule.
- Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
- Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
- Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
