We are looking for a creative and data-driven Account Manager - Social Media to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across various platforms, growing brand presence, increasing engagement, and driving traffic through both organic and paid social media efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Manage social media calendars and oversee content creation across all platforms.
Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate closely with the Content and Design teams to maintain brand consistency and quality.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices.
Arrange and lead regular meetings with clients to understand their brand vision, goals, and feedback, ensuring all activities align with their expectations.
Prepare and present performance reports and campaign results during client meetings, using insights to guide future strategies.
Maintain excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
