Ac/hvac Maintenance Technician

Job Description
Duties:
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial properties
Diagnose and repair AC/HVAC units (split, ducted, and central systems)
Carry out plumbing works including leak repairs, fittings, and drainage Execute electrical troubleshooting and minor installations
Handle carpentry and painting works as needed Ensure proper use of tools and maintenance equipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Respond promptly to service requests and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction Drive to various job sites across the UAE using a company vehicle
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in general maintenance
Strong skills in AC servicing and repair is a must Proven experience in plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in English
Must be reliable, punctual, and presentable
Education & Qualification:
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/AC or relevant trade certification Experience working in facility management or maintenance companies in UAE
