Job Overview
This role is designed for a proactive operations expert who can lead process improvement for Amazon's fast-paced grocery environment. You'll execute Kaizen events, standardize workflows, and manage store-level leadership committees to deliver on customer experience targets while improving operational cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement and lean implementation across UFG store operations
• Lead daily GEMBA routines and eliminate store-level barriers through hands-on problem-solving
• Facilitate and train teams in Lean Standard Work and SOP adherence
• Maintain alignment with Amazon's MENA benchmarks and quality standards
• Own the Leadership Steering Committee (LSC) process and prioritize improvement agendas
• Generate operational insights using Excel and support continuous performance reporting
• Travel to various Amazon grocery store locations across the UAE to implement improvements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, operations, or a customer-facing field
• Prior experience in warehousing, food logistics, or grocery retail environments
• Strong communication and training abilities
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, data analysis)
• Willing to travel within UAE

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Kaizen, Six Sigma, or PDCA methodology
• Demonstrated success leading process change in store or fulfillment environments
• Change management and cross-functional team collaboration experience
