1. Financial Records & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP as applicable).
2. Bookkeeping & Data Entry
Record daily financial transactions.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and company ledgers.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against budget.
4. Taxation & Compliance (specific to UAE)
Prepare and file VAT returns on time.
Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax regulations.
Stay updated with local laws and regulatory changes.
5. Payroll & Employee Expenses
Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
Handle employee expense reimbursements.
6. Internal Controls & Audit Support
Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls.
Support internal and external audits by providing required data.
7. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Monitor daily cash flow and manage company liquidity.
Prepare cash flow statements and forecasts.
8. Management Support
Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
Advise on cost reduction, profitability, and business efficiency.
