Designation: - Accounts & Tax Analyst Responsibilities and accountabilities 1. Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations 2. Be fully aware of all service deliverables for the assigned clients and responsibility for any additional ad hoc work requests 3. Be aware of and fully compliant with all relevant internal processes and procedures 4. Identifying and preventing issues and taking time to nullify negative impacts or increase benefits 5. Review the Monthly/ Quarterly/ Weekly deliverables and share the same to the client for approval 6. Deal with statutory account queries and information requests from Client 7. Assist Team, Manager to resolve complicated tax matters & to execute new scope of work 8. Coming up with ways to improve processes, services, and products to internal and external customers. 9. Provide the advisory service to the clients with the proper research on UAE law & regulation 10. Take up the new Jobs like Audit, Corporate Tax, AML Registration, ESR, Tax Refund, Custom Registration independently 11. Flexible to take responsibility for other work to support team delivery and client satisfaction as required 12. Be flexible regarding working hours during busy periods in order to meet client/internal deadlines 13. Contribute to the identification and recommendation of methods of improving quality of service and operational effectiveness within the team and department KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting or finance with a minimum 4 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience or CA/CMA/ACCA part qualified with 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience Excellent bookkeeping and accounting skills with a thorough understanding of double entry bookkeeping to a minimum standard of AAT level 2. Numerical/analytical skills and able to use both financial and non-financial data to identify issues, break down complicated problems into their component parts and find solutions A working knowledge of relevant accounting standards, concepts and practices Advanced knowledge of relevant software, such as Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with aptitude to learn systems Fluent in English and Hindi to assist clients through verbal and written communication Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects Familiar in interacting with all applicable Authorities (e.g. FTA, MOF, etc for work in the UAE Salary: - AED 4,000 P.M Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month
